- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and minor civil works
- Coordinate specialist subcontractors for elevators, swimming pools, CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, etc.
- Manage engineering upgrades and retrofit projects including pump, AHU, chiller replacements
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for works outside AMC scope
- Lead contract lifecycle including mobilization, site takeover, asset verification, and demobilization
- Ensure compliance with Civil Defense, Municipality, HSE, and other statutory regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Facility Management Service Provider (Contractor)
- Proven experience managing multiple sites, contracts, and client portfolios simultaneously
- Strong background in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations
- Experience managing an AMC portfolio valued at AED 3.5–4 million or above
- Hands on experience across Government, Commercial, Residential, Retail, and Mixed Use developments
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- UAE driving license is preferred

Position Overview
- We are looking for a highly competent FM Engineer with strong contractor side experience in managing multiple Facility Management contracts and delivering Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services across diverse client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple FM contracts and client accounts while representing the Facility Management service provider.
- Ensure all contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
- Lead daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections, performance reviews, and operational audits.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Minor Civil Works.
- Coordinate specialist subcontractors for elevators, swimming pools, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, steam, sauna, BMU, cradles, and other systems.
- Manage engineering upgrades and retrofit projects including pump, AHU, FCU, chiller, valve, capacitor bank replacements.
- Perform engineering calculations: chiller efficiency, pump head/flow, HVAC sizing, cooling load, cable sizing, breaker selection.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for works outside AMC scope.
- Lead contract lifecycle: AMC mobilization, site takeover, asset verification, snag rectification, demobilization.
- Ensure compliance with Civil Defense, Municipality, water tank cleaning, Legionella testing, HSE standards.
- Utilize CAFM platforms such as Facilio, IBM Maximo, RealCube or equivalent.
Key Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Facility Management Service Provider (Contractor).
- Proven experience managing multiple sites, contracts, and client portfolios simultaneously.
- Strong background in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations rather than standalone maintenance.
- Experience managing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) portfolio valued at AED 3.5–4 million or above.
- Hands on experience across Government, Commercial, Residential, Retail, and Mixed Use developments.
- Excellent client facing, technical, and operational management skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of UAE Facility Management practices and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication, client management, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
