Job Overview
- We are looking for a Cost Controller from the Facilities Management Business responsible for managing project costs to ensure they remain within the established budget.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with project managers to prepare detailed project budgets based on scope and deliverables under Facilities Management Business
- Establish cost control systems and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets
- Track and document all project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses under Facilities Management Business
- Prepare and present regular cost reports, highlighting variances and their root causes
- Update cost forecasts based on project progress and anticipated changes
- Analyze cost variances and identify factors contributing to budget overruns or savings under Facilities Management Business
- Work with project teams to develop corrective actions to address variances
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure cost effective purchasing practices
- Review vendor and subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts
