- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and external contractors
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation accurately
- Track spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical materials
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance summaries for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
- Coordinate shutdowns and major repair activities efficiently
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant maintenance coordination or supervisory experience
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems
- Familiarity with CMMS
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Position Overview

Essential Qualifications
