Maintenance Coordinator Commercial Operations

Responsible for managing and improving preventative maintenance for all regional assets (mobile and fixed assets) across Newfoundland operations, with specific responsibility for regulatory compliance and PM reporting system.

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and improving preventative maintenance for all regional assets (mobile and fixed assets) across Newfoundland operations, with specific responsibility for regulatory compliance and PM reporting system. You will manage maintenance staff and contractors in area of responsibility including training, delegation, supervision and direction of maintenance activities and schedules. Other duties will include:

Ensure that all maintenance activities in WO operations for area of responsibility are appropriately carried out

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same; Maintain and improve the preventative maintenance program for all mechanical equipment that accommodates manufacturer’s suggested systems and parts checks on all facility equipment into the ongoing preventative maintenance schedule

Plan labour and material needs for designated maintenance and repair projects and handle all coordination of schedules to accomplish required tasks
