Machine Vision Engineer

Designing and implementing machine vision solutions for retail and logistics environments.

Developing software applications and integrations that support customer requirements.

Configuring cameras, vision systems, and associated hardware.

Working directly with customers to understand operational challenges and define technical solutions.

Conducting testing and validation to ensure systems perform reliably in real-world environments.

Deploying and commissioning solutions both remotely and on customer sites.

Creating technical documentation, user guides, and installation procedures.

Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of installed systems.

Collaborating with sales teams to assess project requirements, timescales, and solution costs.

Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance our solution offering.

Driving continuous improvement through customer feedback and innovation.

A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

A valid passport and ability to travel across Europe when required.

A strong interest in technology, automation, and machine vision systems.

Experience of software development and system integration.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.

The confidence to work independently and manage projects from concept to delivery.
