Machine Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator with hands-on automated machinery experience to join our Lithia Springs, GA plant.

This position supports our 2nd shift and pays an additional $1.00/hour shift premium.

Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM.

Additionally, you will be eligible for up to an additional $1.00/hour increase after 90 days.

This role requires an individual who can actively support daily production activities while maintaining a high level of efficiency and minimizing equipment downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and machinery, with the ability to manage production schedules to ensure accuracy and optimize overall performance.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, including robotic systems, while ensuring consistent product quality and efficient workflow.

• Operate and monitor robotic systems using teaching pendants safely and efficiently
• Work with automated systems, including Noltec equipment (training will be provided)
• May include batch making duties
• Adjust machine settings, including product size and pallet configurations
• Place pallets on conveyors and initiate robotic operations
• Ensure accurate product weights and maintain neat, organized palletizing
• Monitor production processes to meet daily schedules and performance goals
• Troubleshoot basis equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity
• Support team operations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts and goals
