Job Summary
The Manufacturing Veteran Manager Trainee will participate in a structured training program under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager.
This role is designed to develop future plant leadership by providing hands-on experience in plant operations, personnel management, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process
- Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles (excluding commercial driving positions)
- Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required
