Machine Setup Operator-Level 1

In this role, you will impact on the overall manufacturing efficiency and product quality by ensuring machines are properly set up and maintained, helping to meet production targets and customer satisfaction.

Service and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards

Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with specific machines and equipment relevant to the role

Basic technical skills

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

The salary range for this position is ($35,400.00 – $44,300.00).
