KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Guide and supervise a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of software solutions - Drive the technical direction and ensure the successful execution of projects - Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth - Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to comprehend requirements and translate them into software solutions - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development - Report key KPIs to upper management. YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field - Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or guiding role - Strong technical skills in software development, including proficiency in programming languages and frameworks - Excellent guiding and team management abilities - Effective communication and people-oriented skills WE VALUE - Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field - Experience in Agile software development methodologies - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Passion for innovation and continuous learning - Experience in guiding and managing complex software projects
