Responsibilities
- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively to achieve production targets
- Gather hourly data of process control checks and conduct quality wall meetings
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping in the work area
- Alert on food safety hazards and highlight issues to direct managers
- Summarize daily material usage and calculate material, seasoning, and oil efficiency
- Monitor and minimize energy usage such as water, electricity, and gas
- Manage process workers on assigned stations and maintain good manufacturing practices
- Operate, control, and maintain processing equipment to convert raw materials into final product
- Make decisions based on best possible utilization to achieve maximum output in terms of yield conversion
- Repair and maintain necessary processing equipment to maintain line efficiency
Requirements
- Industrial training institute graduate (ITI) or equivalent
- Minimum two years working experience in a manufacturing processing environment
- Basic communication skills
- Good working attitude
- Ability to handle and operate process equipment independently

Job Purpose
- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively
- Achieve production targets by increasing line efficiency and minimizing process waste
- Gather hourly data of process control checks, conduct quality wall meetings, maintain hygiene and housekeeping
Principal Accountabilities
- Make decisions based on best possible utilisation to achieve maximum output in terms of yield conversion
- Repair and maintain necessary processing equipment to maintain line efficiency
- Stop production process in consultation with Laboratory Technician if out of specification
- Running the line systematically and efficiently perform and report hourly process control check
- Conduct quality wall meeting at required intervals
- Ensure raw materials are available for production run near the line
- Ensure equipment are hygienically maintained and in good working condition
- Ensure line achieves required efficiency set by business
- Achieve material efficiency target set by business
- Highlight day to day issues to direct managers
- Collect and report material wastages and summarize material usage daily
- Inform Engineering for equipment maintenance or repair through MP2
Qualifications
- Industrial training institute graduate (ITI)
