About the Role
FUTURE PIPE INDUSTRIES is seeking a Machine Operator II to run production machinery, ensure quality standards, and perform tasks like resin mixing, de-molding, hydro testing, and calibration.

Responsibilities
- Run the machine at optimal speeds to meet production schedule and quality standards
- Comply with safety, quality and environmental control procedures
- Ensure resins are correctly mixed and raw materials available before production
- Perform pre curing and proper de molding on products to minimize defects
- Monitor hydro test machine operation and set up pipe testing heads
- Calibrate, build up, grind and cut pipes to required dimensions and quality standards
- Track, log and report daily output and post curing status
Requirements
- Technical / High School diploma
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an Operator in a similar environment
- Attention to details
- Self motivated and proactive
- Ability to read and understand raw material recipe
- Computer Literate

Job Purpose
- Run the machine at optimal speeds to meet the production schedule and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions.
- Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks.
- Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents.
- Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order.
- Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations.
- Ensure that the resins are correctly mixed and the correct raw materials are available before beginning production.
- Ensure that the correct labels and marking meet standard / client specifications.
- Comply with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities.
- Report any accidents, problems, mistakes or non conformities faced during production to the superior.
- Perform pre curing and proper de molding on products to minimize defects.
- Maintain proper records for both molds and mandrels along with stenciling each to achieve proper identification.
- Inspect the de molded product to be able to offer it later to the online QC for final inspection.
Required Qualifications
- Technical / High School.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an Operator in a similar environment.
- Attention to details.
- Self motivated and proactive.
- Ability to read and understand raw material recipe.
- Computer Literate.
