Overview
Keysight develops technology solutions for electronic design, simulation, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and optimization.
The role focuses on production machine learning, natural language processing, and LLM-powered systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain LLM-based agent workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool calling, and human approval steps.
- Evaluate and tune LLM providers and model tiers for accuracy, latency, and cost across task types.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines covering document processing, chunking, embeddings, and vector search.
- Develop knowledge and memory systems for domain-specific technical content retrieval.
- Design prompts, structured tool schemas, and evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy and reliability.
- Add tracing, quality metrics, and regression detection for LLM and agent behavior.
- Integrate ML components into a production Python service with backend engineers, data storage, and asynchronous processing.
- Run experiments on models, prompts, and retrieval strategies and ship improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and production debugging.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
