- Evaluate current M365 usage and maturity, identify gaps and opportunities, and set success metrics and KPIs
- Oversee M365 applications and increase adoption
- Develop and deliver effective communication, training, and support for M365 users, champions, and leaders
- Build and manage a network of M365 champions
- Work with different teams to provide solutions based on their needs and define project KPIs
- Measure and report on adoption and impact of M365 tools using data and feedback
- Identify and resolve risks and issues affecting adoption and change process
- Align and integrate M365 adoption and change activities with other initiatives
- Stay updated on latest M365 trends and provide insights on new features
- Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to improve M365 adoption and engagement
- Conduct regular user training sessions and workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 5 years of experience in leading and managing M365 adoption and change projects
- Experience working with M365 tools and services
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical, data driven, and results oriented
- Certifications in M365, change management, or project management are desirable

- The Modern Workplace (M365) Adoption Lead or Change Manager is responsible for driving the adoption and transformation of M365 tools and services across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
