Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire manufacturing sector business opportunities
- Build relationships with factory owners, industrial investors, distributors, and key industry stakeholders
- Manage transactions from sourcing through successful completion
- Conduct business valuations and operational assessments
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, growth strategies, and succession planning
- Analyze market trends, industry performance, and competitive dynamics
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical advisors throughout transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, corporate development, business brokerage, M&A, or related fields
- Strong network within the manufacturing and industrial sectors in the GCC
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, supply chains, and financial performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Entrepreneurial and self driven personality

About Transworld GCC
- Transworld GCC is looking for an experienced Manufacturing M&A Advisor to support the acquisition and sale of manufacturing businesses throughout the GCC region.
Responsibilities
