Responsibilities
- Source and acquire healthcare business buying and selling opportunities across the GCC region
- Build relationships with healthcare business owners, investors, operators, and industry stakeholders
- Manage transactions throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial contact through closing
- Conduct business valuations and market assessments within the healthcare sector
- Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring between buyers and sellers
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding acquisitions, divestitures, growth strategies, and succession planning
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market developments
- Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, consultants, and healthcare professionals involved in transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, healthcare consulting, healthcare investment, business brokerage, M&A, or a related field
- Strong network within the healthcare sector in the GCC region
- Understanding of healthcare operations, financial performance metrics, licensing requirements, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and transactions
