About Transworld GCC

  • Transworld GCC, a leading M&A advisory firm operating across the GCC region, is seeking an experienced Healthcare M&A Advisor to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals with strong healthcare industry expertise and an established network.

Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire healthcare business buying and selling opportunities across the GCC region.
  • Build relationships with healthcare business owners, investors, operators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage transactions throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial contact through closing.
  • Conduct business valuations and market assessments within the healthcare sector.
  • Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring between buyers and sellers.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients regarding acquisitions, divestitures, growth strategies, and succession planning.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, consultants, and healthcare professionals involved in transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, healthcare consulting, healthcare investment, business brokerage, M&A, or a related field.
  • Strong network within the healthcare sector in the GCC region.
  • Understanding of healthcare operations, financial performance metrics, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and transactions.
  • GCC based preferred; international considered.
