About the Role
Transworld GCC seeks a self-starting M&A Advisor based in the UAE to source and manage business buying and selling deals in the GCC region. This commission-only role offers OTE of $100,000 PA and involves business valuations, negotiations, and client relationship management.

- Source, identify and acquire potential business buying and selling deals within the GCC region
- Independently work deals through the pipeline, from initial contact to successful completion
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations and market analyses
- Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring between buyers and sellers
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the M&A process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other relevant stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions in the GCC region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in business brokerage, M&A, or a related field (preferred)
- Must be extremely organized
- Ambitions with a can do attitude
- Strong understanding of financial principles and business operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently acquire and manage deals through the pipeline
- Must be based in the GCC country listed above

- Transworld GCC, a leading M&A company operating in the GCC region, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as M&A Advisors.
- This is a client facing position focused on the middle market deal size involving new business development. The remuneration is on commission only with OTE in the region of $100,000.00 PA.
