- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications and international standards (IEC, UL) for all LV switchgear manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans, including inspection points, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct rigorous factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) to verify switchgear performance, safety, and functionality
- Manage and oversee incoming material inspections, ensuring all components meet required quality and technical specifications before assembly
Requirements
- Experience in LV switchgear manufacturing and quality assurance
- Knowledge of international standards (IEC, UL)
- Ability to develop and implement quality control plans
- Experience with factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)
