We are looking to hire ambitious and outgoing Emirati Nationals to join our extremely successful Luxury Retail Team in Luxury Sales.
Key Responsibilities In The Luxury Sales Team
- Use your exceptional product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury point of experience (we will give you extensive training on this).
- Ensure customer loyalty by building long-standing relationships and follow up with these clients through telephone calls, emails, cards and special announcements.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to meet, and exceed, the brand and store’s unique objectives.
- In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
- A demonstrable passion and knowledge for luxury retail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of high-end customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- An appetite for luxury client service.
- Fluency in both English & Arabic.
- An Emirati family book.
