We are seeking Loss Prevention Security Officers for Renowned Retail Giants. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer service focus and level of professionalism. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

Providing high-quality front-line customer service and support;

Risk identification and issue resolution;

Working within a team environment;

The ability and confidence to work on your own;

General security duties including administration tasks;

To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas

Excellent customer service skills;

Previous Experience is highly desirable;

Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);

Ability to work a rotating roster;

First Aid Qualification;

Strong report writing and computer skills;

Professional personal presentation;

Exceptional work attendance.
