Position Summary
Patrol the property, support guest access, monitor security and life safety systems, and respond to incidents and emergencies.
Protect guests, employees, company assets, and confidential security and property information.
Loss Prevention and Security Duties
- Monitor closed-circuit televisions, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
- Conduct physical hazard inspections, lock entrances when required, and resolve safety hazard situations.
- Respond to accidents, attacks, disturbances, thefts, and vehicle accidents while requesting outside assistance when necessary.
- Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and daily activity reports.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property without disrupting normal operations.
Guest and Team Support
- Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and help guests with room access.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and address complaints.
- Communicate clearly and professionally and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Follow company policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
