Description

Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, including managing teams of Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and Associates (30 40)
- Allocate labor, lead meetings, assign job duties, and maintain organizational skills
- Lead, train, and develop high performing teams
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, driving engagement and performance
- Ensure associate safety and adherence to Amazon's Health and Safety standards
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements across both AMZL and FC processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to solve operational challenges and share best practices
- Manage external agency relationships and performance
- Utilize software and hardware tools to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support rollout and implementation of new systems and processes
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing teams
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
- UAE National with Family Book
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics
- Experience with data analysis
