- Lead, train, and develop high performing teams, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
- Ensure associate safety and adherence to Amazon's Health and Safety standards
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements across both AMZL and FC processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, finding practical solutions to complex problems
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions, effectively communicating with business and technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to solve operational challenges and share best practices
- Manage external agency relationships and performance
- Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Experience leading teams and driving results through team members
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

- Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer obsessed Supervisors to lead and develop teams within our fast paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfilment Center) environments.
- This role will encompass responsibilities across both areas, requiring a versatile leader who can thrive in a dynamic, ever changing operational landscape.

Key job responsibilities
