- Ensure all materials and equipment are received correctly and in accordance with relevant procedures
- Ensure correct storage, tagging, and calibration of tooling and equipment
- Control the issuing and storage of tools and equipment, including airside equipment
- Maintain minimum stock levels in tool stores and material stores areas in accordance with supplier delivery times
- Ensure compliance with associated Health & Safety procedures, including safe working practices and materials storage requirements
- Provide logistics support for urgent and high priority requirements
- Assist the Logistics Lead in other functions when required
- Maintain the inventory database
Requirements
- Proven working experience within a logistics environment
- Experience within an aviation logistics environment
- Proficiency in standard logistics software
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach

Position Summary
- STS Aviation Services is hiring a Logistics Operative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This role supports operational efficiency through the effective management, handling, storage, tracking, and control of tools, materials, and equipment.
- The Logistics Operative will join a dynamic and rapidly growing team in the Middle East, reporting to the Logistics Manager.
- The successful candidate will support tool stores, material stores, airside equipment control, inventory database maintenance, and urgent logistics requirements while helping ensure compliance with associated Health & Safety procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
