About the Role
STS Aviation Services is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic in Dubai to perform inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and component replacements on aircraft systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, servicing, and component replacements in accordance with approved procedures
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose aircraft systems, components, and structures
- Determine and implement appropriate corrective actions based on inspection and troubleshooting findings
- Remove, install, and replace aircraft components and systems
- Ensure correct component fitment, testing, and compliance with approved maintenance procedures
- Complete aircraft servicing tasks including lubrication, fluid replenishment, functional checks, torqueing, safety wiring, and rigging
- Work closely with engineers and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and documentation
- Report aircraft defects, unsafe conditions, and workplace hazards to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean, organised, and FOD free work area
- Follow proper tool control and equipment management procedures
- Comply with all health, safety, quality, regulatory, and company procedures
Requirements
- Completion of a formal aircraft maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent trade qualification
- Minimum of five years’ aircraft maintenance experience
- Good working knowledge of aircraft systems
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position Overview
