As a Logistics Operations Coordinator Intern (Tamheer) based in Jeddah

, you will support daily logistics and warehouse operations while gaining hands-on experience in a global healthcare environment.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, and support processes that ultimately impact patient care.

You will work cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse and customer care teams while developing foundational skills in supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Coordinate daily operational workflows and follow up on logistics activities
  • Manage stock movements, inventory transactions and SAP adjustments
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies between SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Track quality notifications (QNs), quarantines, damages and recalls, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy tracking and reporting
  • Create stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate inter-distribution center shipments
  • Maintain write-off and write-on records and support scrap processes
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain operational trackers and prepare daily and weekly reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Eligible for the Tamheer program
  • Registered in TAQAT
  • Not currently registered in GOSI
  • No prior participation in the Tamheer program
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
  • Passion for contributing to improvements that impact patient lives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
