Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational workflows and follow up on logistics activities
- Manage stock movements, inventory transactions and SAP adjustments
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies between SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Track quality notifications (QNs), quarantines, damages and recalls, ensuring accurate documentation
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy tracking and reporting
- Create stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate inter distribution center shipments
- Maintain write off and write on records and support scrap processes
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain operational trackers and prepare daily and weekly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Eligible for the Tamheer program
- Registered in TAQAT
- Not currently registered in GOSI
- No prior participation in the Tamheer program
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Passion for contributing to improvements that impact patient lives
- Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems

About the Role
- As a Logistics Operations Coordinator Intern (Tamheer) based in Jeddah, you will support daily logistics and warehouse operations while gaining hands on experience in a global healthcare environment.
