Specializing in joinery fit out, the company expertly innovates, designs, manufactures, and delivers bespoke furniture pieces.

These include kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries, TV cabinets, and kids' rooms, exemplifying craftsmanship and design excellence.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Officer & Procurement Assistant to oversee daily operations, logistics coordination, warehouse activities, transportation, and project support operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational planning experience, and the ability to ensure smooth workflow between departments and project sites.

· Handle and coordinate all logistics and transportation activities

· Monitor deliveries, shipment schedules, and material movements

· Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and logistics documentation

· Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and site teams

· Maintain logistics records and update ERP/system data

· Assist the procurement team in obtaining quotations and preparing purchase orders

· Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries and documentation

· Support procurement activities and maintain supplier records

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

· 2–4 years of experience in logistics and procurement support

· Strong coordination and communication skills

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

· Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
