- Process delivery notes, transportation requests, and shipment tracking records
- Coordinate with drivers and transport providers for site deliveries
- Maintain logistics records, delivery logs, and customs documentation files
- Ensure delivery and customs paperwork is filed accurately and accessible for audit
- Report delivery delays or discrepancies to the Logistics Coordinator
- Confirm delivery schedules with site teams and store keepers ahead of shipment arrival
- Support unloading and handover of materials at site, verifying quantities against delivery notes
- Track transport vehicle assignments and utilisation to support efficient delivery planning
- Maintain records of vehicle maintenance schedules and availability for logistics planning
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
- Minimum 1–3 years of logistics experience
- Good organisational and communication skills

Role Purpose
- To support logistics operations for Innovo MEP, processing delivery documentation and coordinating transportation of materials and equipment to project sites.
Key Accountabilities
- Process delivery notes, transportation requests, and shipment tracking records.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport providers for site deliveries.
- Maintain logistics records, delivery logs, and customs documentation files.
- Ensure delivery and customs paperwork is filed accurately and accessible for audit.
- Report delivery delays or discrepancies to the Logistics Coordinator.
- Follow up with transport providers to resolve documentation or delivery discrepancies.
- Confirm delivery schedules with site teams and store keepers ahead of shipment arrival.
- Support unloading and handover of materials at site, verifying quantities against delivery notes.
- Track transport vehicle assignments and utilisation to support efficient delivery planning.
- Maintain records of vehicle maintenance schedules and availability for logistics planning.
- Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
- Minimum 1–3 years of logistics experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
