About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage all logistics activities for offshore and onshore project sites
- Plan, arrange and monitor the movement of materials, equipment and supplies by road, sea and other transportation modes
- Prepare loading and offloading plans for materials and equipment, ensuring safe load distribution, transportation feasibility and compliance with project and HSE requirements
- Coordinate vessel schedules, transportation, lifting operations, loading/offloading activities and site logistics requirements
- Perform the role of Area Authority for logistics operations, ensuring work areas are prepared, authorized and maintained in compliance with company procedures, PTW requirements and HSE standards
- Track and expedite material deliveries to ensure timely availability at project sites
- Liaise with project teams, vendors, contractors, transport providers, warehouse personnel and offshore teams to ensure seamless logistics support
- Maintain accurate logistics records, cargo manifests, inventories and transportation reports
- Resolve logistics related issues promptly and provide regular progress updates to project management and department management
- Support warehouse operations, material coordination, inventory control and equipment tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar role supporting offshore, onshore, marine, oil & gas, EPC or construction projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP experience is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of logistics planning, loading and offloading operations, transportation management, vessel logistics and material coordination
- Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW), Area Authority responsibilities, offshore safety requirements, HSE standards and project compliance procedures
- Good understanding in coordinating domestic and international shipments, customs clearance and logistics service providers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar role supporting offshore, onshore, marine, oil & gas, EPC or construction projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP experience is an advantage).
- Master's degree, Engineering qualification, Appointed Person for Lifting certification and Area Authority certification will be considered added advantages.
- GCC/UAE experience, particularly with Abu Dhabi offshore projects, will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of logistics planning, loading and offloading operations, transportation management, vessel logistics and material coordination.
- Experience in preparing loading plans, coordinating lifting activities and supporting transport operations.
- Good understanding of Permit to Work (PTW), Area Authority responsibilities, offshore safety requirements, HSE standards and project compliance procedures.
- Good understanding in coordinating domestic and international shipments, customs clearance and logistics service providers.
