Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project logistics strategy aligned with EPCM delivery in KSA
- Define Incoterms, transport solutions, and logistics execution plans (FEL2 FEL4)
- Ensure alignment with procurement, Saudization objectives, and local content requirements
- Manage logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and 3PL contracts
- Oversee import/export processes, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia
- Lead logistics planning for heavy lift, oversized, and critical project cargo
- Manage logistics risks, contingency planning, and critical path deliveries
- Support cost control, forecasting, and project reporting
- Coordinate closely with site teams, construction, and materials management
- Monitor local market capabilities and develop in Kingdom logistics solutions
Requirements
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, or related discipline
- 10+ years of logistics experience in major projects, preferably in mining or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, import/export, and logistics compliance
- Expertise in multimodal transport and large project logistics
- Understanding of EPCM project environments and governance
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Role Summary

Experience

- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region strongly preferred
- Background in logistics contracting, heavy transport, and materials management
- Experience managing international supply chains and in country logistics execution
