Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations within FMCG
- Strong understanding of inventory management and multi-hub logistics operations
- Experience managing 3PL providers and distribution networks
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across all BCR locations
- Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation, stock transfers, and order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliations, cycle counts, and FIFO/FEFO compliance
- Manage and monitor performance of 3PL providers, transporters, warehouses, and co-packers
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and logistics cost optimization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Finance, and Quality teams
- Monitor logistics KPIs and operational risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Lead and develop the logistics team, promoting accountability and high performance
