About the Role
Binzagr CO-RO LTD. is seeking a Junior Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, sample preparations, and routine quality controls. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's in Biology, Microbiology, or Food Sciences, and proficiency in MS Excel.

- Perform laboratory tests per defined lab methods to support Lab Technician
- Report process control issues to superior
- Perform sample preparations for weight analysis and packaging integrity tests
- Refill hygiene and sanitation paraphernalia in Tetra production hall
- Keep HOLD AREA clean and segregate products from NCR, Customer Complaints, and Out of Specs
- Maintain general laboratory cleanliness per daily GLP checklist
- Act as custodian to GMP practices
- Perform routine quality control tests for product quality parameters
- Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by direct supervisor
- Follow all BCR safety instructions and report hazards

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests per the defined lab methods if needed, to support Lab Technician.
- Report the process control related issues to superior to take the required action.
- Perform samples preparations as per sampling plan for weight analysis and packaging integrity tests.
- Refill hygiene and sanitation paraphernalia, dispensers and disinfectant in Tetra production hall.
- Keep the HOLD AREA clean and segregate the products in questions received through NCR, Customer Complaints and Out of Specs.
- Keep the General Laboratory and its facilities clean to ensure that cleanliness is maintained as per the daily GLP checklist.
- Act as a custodian to GMP practices and ensure that these are being followed in order achieve set targets for audits.
- Perform routine tests controls for the product quality parameters to achieve full compliance with approved standards.
- Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor.
- Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
