- Excellent knowledge in FMCG sales operations & KSA Market
- Experience in FMCG companies with similar size & nature
- A minimum of 5 years’ full-time experience in the same field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in KSA market in the same role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the traditional food service sales team to deliver consistently in the field.
- Drive performance by setting targets, routing plans, and call schedules, then monitoring results and corrective actions.
- Elevate execution through regular ride-alongs that assess quality, coach selling skills, and identify development opportunities.
- Grow the business by leading the identification, prospecting, and onboarding of new traditional food service accounts using territory mapping to unlock white space and achieve targets.
- Convert opportunities into revenue by negotiating listings, pricing, and initial order terms per commercial policy, while executing structured call cycles and selling brands in line with pricing guidelines.
- Ensure commercial excellence from order to delivery by preventing stock-outs through consistent availability, and strengthening loyalty through NPD/promotion communication and post-sale follow-up.
- Protect cash flow and customer confidence by ensuring timely receivable collection, monitoring credit limits and aging, proactively escalating risk, and resolving complaints with the right departments.
