- Manage logistics processes, improve transportation efficiency, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies that support organizational objectives
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, coordinate transportation activities, optimize distribution networks, manage inventory flow, and ensure timely delivery
- Analyze logistics data, evaluate operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
- Monitor key performance indicators, prepare operational reports, manage logistics budgets, support supplier relationships, and ensure effective communication across supply chain functions
- Lead initiatives focused on process optimization, transportation planning, inventory management, warehouse coordination, and supply chain improvement
