Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate end to end order fulfillment operations

- Familiarity with WMS, ERP, OMS, and inventory management platforms

Role Description
- We are seeking an E commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee and coordinate end to end order fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time.
- This role is responsible for managing daily fulfillment activities, monitoring inventory availability, coordinating warehouse operations, and working closely with logistics partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders, validating inventory availability, generating shipping documentation, coordinating courier pickups, tracking shipments, managing delivery exceptions, and handling return and exchange requests
- Investigating fulfillment discrepancies, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and external logistics providers
- Maintaining inventory accuracy by supporting stock reconciliation, inventory transfers, replenishment planning, and synchronization between e commerce platforms, WMS, ERP, and OMS
- Monitoring fulfillment performance, analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and recommending process improvements
- Supporting promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, new product launches, and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, E commerce, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of e commerce operations, order fulfillment, warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics processes
- Knowledge of order processing, picking, packing, shipping, reverse logistics, and returns management
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), and inventory management platforms
- Understanding of online marketplace operations, e commerce platforms, and multi channel fulfillment workflows
- Knowledge of courier management, shipment tracking, freight coordination, and delivery scheduling
- Ability to maintain accurate order records, inventory data, shipping documentation, and operational reports
- Familiarity with inventory reconciliation, stock replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
