Responsibilities
- Handle inbound, outbound and transshipment, prepare invoices and shipping documents
- Manage inventory control at the warehouse facility in Jebel Ali Free zone
- Liaise and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery dates
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers/customers for on time shipping document submission
- Propose cost effective solutions for shipping and warehousing
- Manage 3PL warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock availability
- Review regulatory compliance for products shipped to operational territories
- Undertake cost saving initiatives to optimize freight and warehousing cost
- Work with Govt. Agencies and Product Testing agencies for product registration
- Manage shipment on time deliveries for e commerce orders
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate teams
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Experience handling the Far East region
- Inventory and Logistics Operation Management
- Good understanding of Freight Forwarding industry
- Awareness of GCC Custom and Compliance Requirements

About the Role
- The Logistics Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistics activities for MERG projects.
- Ensures safe, efficient, and cost effective movement of materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Works with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle inbound, outbound and transshipment and prepare invoices and shipping documents.
- Manage inventory control at the warehouse facility in Jebel Ali Free zone.
- Liaise and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery dates.
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers/customers for on time shipping document submission.
- Propose cost effective and efficient solutions for shipping and warehousing.
