Play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity and delivering high-quality design assets across multiple channels.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer’s will help set the visual and creative direction for major campaigns and projects.
This role requires an experienced, innovative designer who can lead projects from concept to completion.
This role involves collaborating closely with the marketing teams to create content that effectively communicates the brand’s message, drives engagement, and enhances customer experiences.
Design & Content Creation
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, email marketing, print materials, and other digital assets.
- Develop and execute high-impact design concepts for major campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Develop and design marketing materials, including banners, posters, and promotional content, that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Assist in creating multimedia content, such as animated graphics or short videos, to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with the brand’s vision.
- Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and content.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from the team, making necessary adjustments to ensure high quality.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and apply them creatively within the brand’s style.
Advanced Content Creation
- Design complex, high-quality assets, such as infographics, interactive content, and animations, that engage audiences and communicate the brand message effectively.
- Work on specialized projects, including packaging design, large-scale prints, or event branding, to enhance brand presence in various settings.
- Use advanced software skills to create visually dynamic content, such as 3D visuals or motion graphics.
Creative Development
- Contribute fresh design ideas and perspectives during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance the brand’s visual identity and keep content engaging.
Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Develop project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
File Management & Organization
- Organize and maintain digital files and design assets in an efficient, accessible manner.
- Prepare final designs for printing or publishing in the required formats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and understanding of design principles.
- Basic knowledge of animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
