Logistics Foreman
A leading Engineering & Construction Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Logistics Foreman** to join our growing operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily logistics and site material handling activities.
- Coordinate transportation, loading/unloading, and storage operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower to project sites.
- Monitor warehouse/site logistics and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and coordinate logistics workers and drivers efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Support project teams to maintain smooth operational flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/site operations within construction projects.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of material handling and site logistics operations.
- GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
