About the Role
Pure Food Processing Industries LLC seeks a Logistics Executive to manage goods movement from factory to customers and coordinate import of raw materials. The role requires 2-3 years of logistics experience, preferably in food manufacturing, and strong knowledge of UAE import/export processes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate local transportation of goods, including managing delivery vehicles
- Plan and schedule shipments to ensure on time and cost effective delivery
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation (e.g., shipping orders, bills of lading, customs papers) prior to shipment arrival
- Monitor shipment status and communicate with customers, suppliers, and carriers to resolve any issues
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Manage and optimize transportation costs; identify opportunities for cost savings
- Implement and maintain logistics systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with UAE transportation, customs, and food safety regulations
- Provide regular reports to senior management on logistics performance, costs, and KPIs
- Coordinate import shipments, ensuring timely delivery from port to factory
- Negotiate with carriers, shipping agents, and transporters to secure competitive rates and reliable service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of UAE import/export processes, customs clearance, and municipality regulations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Role Overview
- As a Logistics Executive, primary responsibility is to manage the movement of goods from the factory to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Also responsible for coordinating the import and transport of raw materials from the port to the factory.
- Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills to ensure smooth logistics operations and cost efficiency.

- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
