About the Role

- Partner with 25 30 DSP owners across the Emirates to set strategy, drive accountability, and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure owners launch and scale their business in compliance with program requirements
- Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level
- Analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally
- Facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and build two way feedback channels
- Travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues
- MBA preferred

Description
- Equal parts advisor and operating partner, Amazon’s team of Delivery Partner Managers assists and guides Amazon DSP business owners as they build and grow successful middle mile businesses.
- Delivery Partner Manager manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business.
- Work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level, influence business planning and strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with 25 30 DSP owners across the Emirates (UAE) including entrepreneurs with no background in the logistics industry.
- Work closely with a portfolio of owners at different stages as they set strategy, help drive accountability and engagement.
- Collaborate with an integrated internal team of Program Managers and Compliance and Finance personnel.
- Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
- Analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally.
- Collaborate frequently with internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations, Value Added Service, Legal, fleet and network health.
- Facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and build two way feedback channels.
- Required to work flexibly and travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
- Verbal, written, and presentation skills, particularly in delivering constructive feedback and working through complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
