We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and land freight.

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and land freight
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and customs documents
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, and customs clearance agents
- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics related issues
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customer requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics reports, and documentation
- Monitor freight costs and support logistics process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
- Good understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade
- Experience coordinating air, sea, and land freight shipments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills

Role Summary
