Responsibilities
- Prepare daily reports for each vehicle and trip, including vehicle number, driver name, route, times, delays, and operational notes
- Track all daily trips from departure to arrival and delivery, monitoring vehicle movement via tracking systems
- Coordinate with drivers to resolve delays, breakdowns, or emergencies during trips
- Monitor vehicle operational readiness and report route deviations or unexcused stops
- Coordinate with clients and warehouses regarding pickup and delivery schedules
- Follow up with shipping agents to ensure timely issuance of delivery permits and accuracy of documents
- Monitor driver documents including residencies, driving licenses, and permits, ensuring validity and early renewal alerts
- Assist management with administrative tasks, operational scheduling, and database updates
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics services, supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Good level of English language proficiency
- Ability to organize, follow up, and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Overview
- A specialized logistics services company is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily reports for each vehicle including vehicle number, driver name, route, departure and arrival times, number of trips, delay cases, and operational notes.
- Prepare a daily report for each trip including trip number, loading and unloading points, shipment status, operational notes, and delivery approvals.
- Submit daily reports to management in an organized, accurate manner and on time.
- Document all daily operational events comprehensively for future reference.
- Track all daily trips from departure to arrival and delivery.
- Monitor the movement of all vehicles through tracking systems and ensure compliance with designated routes.
- Ensure drivers adhere to loading and unloading schedules for each trip.
- Coordinate directly with drivers to resolve any delays, breakdowns, or emergencies during trips.
- Monitor the status of vehicles and ensure their operational readiness before, during, and after trips.
- Report any deviations from the route or unexcused stops and submit an immediate report to management.
- Ensure receipt and delivery of goods according to approved transport orders.
- Coordinate with clients and warehouses regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics services, supply chain management, business administration, or any related field.
- Previous experience in the field is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Good level of English language proficiency.
- Ability to organize, follow up, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
