Role overview
Coordinate daily waste-service activities across Operations, Laboratory, Logistics, Fleet, and Billing.
Serve as a central coordination point supporting accurate workflows, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The role requires travel within the Greater Toronto Area, including Hamilton, Brantford, and Mississauga.
Responsibilities
- Support service scheduling and customer service changes.
- Verify incoming waste inventories and document receipts in OMS.
- Support dispatch calls, routes, driver check-ins, and route-sheet processing.
- Prepare purchase orders and assist with outbound shipment scheduling.
- Track waste inventory and maintain shipment documentation.
- Maintain driver training records and support new-hire onboarding.
- Maintain fleet maintenance data and reconcile system discrepancies.
- Support environmental, transportation, safety, and company compliance.
Knowledge and competencies
- A G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
- Post-secondary business administration or related education is an asset.
- Microsoft and Google proficiency is required.
