About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end import and export shipments (Air, Sea, and Land)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely shipment execution
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other trade related documents
- Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
- Track shipments, provide regular status updates, and proactively resolve any shipment delays or operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and customers for smooth cargo movement and timely deliveries
- Monitor freight costs, maintain shipment records, and support invoice verification
- Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination with hands on exposure to import/export operations and freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
- Experience coordinating Air, Sea, and Land freight shipments
- Good communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage
