Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for customers and partners
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical proposals and solution documentation
- Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP Link, Aruba, RF Elements) to build competitive solutions
- Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions
- Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), solution architectures, and network designs
- Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings
- Support account managers with technical expertise for cross selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–6 years of presales/solution engineering experience in networking
- Strong knowledge of Wi Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions
- Hands on experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP Link, Aruba, or RF Elements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer engagement abilities
- Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams
- Fluency in English

- We are seeking a skilled IT Presales Engineer who will play a vital role in solution design, presales support, and client engagement for our networking portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for customers and partners.

Qualifications & Skills

- Hands on experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP Link, Aruba, or RF Elements.

- Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or vendor specific certifications are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

Job Details
- Job Type: Full time.
- Pay: AED 7,000 AED 9,000 per month.
- Work Location: In person (Burjuman, Dubai).
