Role Overview
Support daily logistics operations and customer service coordination for Cementation Products.
Coordinate customers, suppliers, transportation providers, and internal departments to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipment scheduling, delivery tracking, purchase order follow-up, invoicing, and logistics documentation.
- Maintain shipping, receiving, transportation, and invoicing records using SAP, Oracle, customer portals, and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and customer requirements with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Monitor performance and resolve delays, shortages, damages, and other transportation issues.
- Support inventory control, asset tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Support budget awareness, accurate documentation, resource optimization, and process improvements.
Technical Skills
- Use SAP and Oracle ERP systems, Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, customer portals, and inventory or asset tracking systems.
- Apply logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipment coordination, and documentation knowledge.
Professional Skills
- Demonstrate customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and support operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Relevant logistics or supply chain certifications are preferred.
- Experience in oilfield services, industrial, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
