About the Role
Weatherford International seeks a Crew Chief to lead and supervise Tubular Running Services (TRS) crew at the wellsite.
The role involves ensuring safe and efficient operations, coordinating with rig crew, and maintaining high safety and service-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise TRS crew during rig-site operations.
- Safely operate, inspect, and maintain TRS equipment.
- Execute casing, tubing, and tubular running operations.
- Conduct pre-job meetings, toolbox talks, JSA reviews, and ensure HSE compliance.
- Coordinate daily activities with the rig crew, client representatives, and Weatherford operations team.
- Monitor equipment performance, torque parameters, and operational progress.
- Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Complete daily reports, job documentation, and equipment records accurately.
- Coach and develop TRS crew members to maintain high technical and safety standards.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Tubular Running Services.
- Proven experience in a senior technician, lead, supervisor, or Crew Chief capacity.
