Shipping and Receiving Merchandise
Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse, vendors, and other stores
Follow quality control and receiving processes for all incoming goods
Prep product for placement on the sales floor in an organized and timely manner
Oversee outgoing merchandise shipments, including accuracy of all labels, packing slips etc.
Ship RTV’s to warehouse in a timely manner
Order Fulfillment
Support with picking E-Commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit per hour pick rates
Reply to OMNI Customer service emails
Ship re-balancing request
Manage all in-transit, shipping, E-Commerce and IST documentation
Backroom & Merchandise Maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
Maintain overall backroom standards, including merchandise/product maintenance
Support with sales floor maintenance, ensuring merchandise reflects brand standards
