A logistics company in Riyadh seeks a Logistics and Operations Supervisor to oversee vehicle movement, driver management, customs procedures, and route planning. The role involves coordinating with workshops, monitoring fuel consumption, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Supervise preparation of supplies and extensions for vehicle movement and ensure drivers' requirements are met.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure readiness before delivery to end user.
- Collect and register comprehensive data regarding vehicle movement and locations.
- Coordinate with workshops to carry out necessary maintenance.
- Manage and direct truck drivers.
- Handle all customs procedures related to truck operations and implement freight transport operations.
- Manage direct dealings with other transport companies and provide external trucks if necessary.
- Supervise fuel consumption with financial management.
- Monitor customer requests and new orders and ensure implementation on time.
- Search for new clients and ensure their onboarding.
- Prepare and update transport documents.
- Monitor and close all matters related to incidents.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities
