About the job

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Adherence to quality, health & safety, information security, and business continuity policies.
• Assist the site supervisor in monitoring trucks within the loading area and report any unsafe or suspicious activities.
• Support monitoring of wheel loader operations to ensure correct loading quantities are maintained.
• Observe and report any unauthorized entry or exit of trucks outside designated site gates.
• Assist in ensuring that all truck drivers comply with required safety rules and procedures.
• Support the coordination of site activities to ensure smooth loading operations.
• Transport employees between the site and office as required.
• Transport documents between site locations and Head Office when needed.
• Arrange the transport of general site requirements and materials.
• Guide visitors safely to and from the site when required.
• Maintain effective communication with site staff, contractors, and drivers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Contribute to teamwork and organizational initiatives.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager.
